I do not tattoo minors- in the state of Illinois you must be 18 or older to be tattooed

Final payments are preferred in cash. If you are unable to get cash for the appointment, I do have Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, PayPal, and can also take card

 

I have a $100 minimum for all designs

 

I require a $100 deposit to hold your appointment date and time that will go towards your tattoo. This is non-refundable if you have to cancel.

 

I will reschedule appointments if I am able. However, if a client makes multiple cancellations, multiple reschedules, or does a no show, I will not continue to work with them. Please communicate and respect my time.

 

A reschedule done less than a week away from the appointment will require another $50 deposit, the original deposit will be forfeited and will not go towards your appointment.

 

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know. If you are late without a heads up, I will consider it a no show and we will not complete the appointment.
